Breathe into a journey of self-discovery! Join us for a transformative breathwork ceremony where we'll honor cacao and breathwork to reach a new state of awareness. This is a powerful way to release stress, let go of limiting beliefs, and clear out any stuck and stagnant energy. Let your breath guide you inward to a non-ordinary state that unlocks congestion in your physical, mental and energetic body. 

Sink into a relaxing sound bath with gongs, singing bowls and soothing percussion. The sound vibration will help you unwind, realign and find a deep sense of wellbeing. These powerful breathwork sessions are designed to help you reconnect with yourself, your body, and your intuition. It's a chance to let go of what isn't serving you and embrace your true self.

These ceremonies offer a way home—back to yourself, your body, and the deep knowing that lives within you.

What To Bring

Yoga mat, Blanket + Pillow,

Wear comfortable clothing.

This container will be held by Somatic Wisdom Institute founder, Leah Grace and supported by Somatic Wisdom lead teachers, Kaycee Joy + Ryan DeLuca. They'll create a safe and supportive space for your transformation.

Stick around after hours for a community meal, a bonfire, and time in the hot tub, cold plunge, and sauna. It's a great way to connect with others and integrate your experience.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up your space.

  • *Space is limited. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible, as there is often a waitlist. Cancellations will be refunded with a $50 processing fee, if you notify us in writing prior to 14 days before the event. Within 14 days of the event, refunds will not be given due to health reasons, weather, or winter road conditions, unless your space is able to be filled (minus $50 processing fee). Please plan accordingly.
