Rent our Eastown Studio Space

Nestled in the heart of Eastown, our studio is a warm and inviting space that provides the setting for deep healing. Soft lighting, hot tea and a welcoming spirit await you. We feature artwork by local artists and have yoga bolsters, blankets, blocks and mats available for use.

  • Public Studio Prices

    2 hours - $80

    Half-day (< 4 hours) - $150

    Full day (>4 hours) - $216

    Event Charges:

    Completed rental contracts and payment in full is required to confirm the reservation.

    Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event will receive a 50% refund of the rental fee.

    • Cancellations made fewer than 14 days prior to the event are non-refundable.

  • Contact support@somaticinst.com to see if your desired dates are available. Once the date is agreed upon, clicke the link below to read the guidlines and sign the contract. Shortly after signing the contract, you’ll receive an invoice and once it’s paid, your reservation is confirmed.

  • *Space is limited. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible, as there is often a waitlist. Cancellations will be refunded with a $50 processing fee, if you notify us in writing prior to 14 days before the event. Within 14 days of the event, refunds will not be given due to health reasons, weather, or winter road conditions, unless your space is able to be filled (minus $50 processing fee). Please plan accordingly.

  • Pregnancy, severe asthma, severe heart disease, unmedicated high blood pressure, mental illness, epilepsy and/or history of seizures, acute physical injuries, severe or unregulated diabetes
