Co-Ed Silent Retreat

  • Sparta, MI (exact location will be shared upon registration) (map)

This retreat is an opening into silence—not as emptiness, but as a presence that restores, softens, and renews. Together, we will share in the sacredness of quiet, listening for what emerges when words fall away and our bodies can rest into the deeper rhythms of being.

Nestled within 27 acres of open land and forest, this retreat offers ample space to wander, breathe, and reconnect with the natural world.

Why Silence?

Silence is a teacher. It allows the nervous system to reset, the heart to attune, and the body to remember its natural pace. In shared stillness, we feel the beauty of being together without performance or pretense—a collective energy that uplifts even in its quiet.

What the Retreat Offers:

  • Hot tub and sauna for warmth and renewal

  • Sound Bath to deepen rest and resonance

  • We’ll walk a labyrinth together

  • Guided meditation

  • Quiet studio space with cozy nooks for reading, journaling and creative expression

  • Individual sleeping pods for private, restful nights

  • Nourishing meals: self‑serve breakfast, hearty late lunch, and dinner provided
