Join Jaya and Hayley for a 3-hour satsang of music, meditation, and shared wisdom. This public event is open to all, offering a blend of deep presence, world chants and devotional songs, meditative silence, and contemplative talks on the teachings of the Forest Path.

We’ll open with an hour or so of singing songs from our ceremonial study, followed by a talk from Jaya on “the Medicine of Presence”, leading into a group meditation. We’ll close the night with an opening for questions and heart-felt discussion, followed by time to connect over food, hot tub, cold plunge, and sauna.

Optional: bring a suit and a salad topping for our communal salad bar…enjoy time for community, song, hot tub, cold tub, and sauna after the session.
