For most of human history, people gathered in circle to speak, listen, and make meaning collectively. Most of us were never taught how to be in honest, embodied relationship — with ourselves or with others. We learned how to perform, adapt, protect, or disappear in order to belong.
Wisdom Circle draws from these ancient ways of gathering as a place to practice something different.
Through somatic awareness, authentic relating, and the ancient practice of circle, you’ll learn to trust your body as a source of truth, speak what is real without losing connection, and experience what it feels like to be seen and witnessed in community.
Over time, this structure allows you to build trust in your body, your voice, and your capacity to be in honest relationship with others — one conversation at a time.
