Somatic Yoga for Deep Rest is rooted in trauma-informed principles. We move slowly, intentionally, and with care — tuning in to the body’s messages rather than overriding them. This isn’t about pushing or performing. It’s about resisting the societal hustle and revolutionizing REST — to feel, release, and restore.

Join in and experience what deep rest really feels like.

This 90-minute class will begin with calming breathwork before moving into gentle, invitational movement. The second half of class will foster deep rest and nervous system regulation as you sink into supported restorative shapes surrounded by a gentle sound bath of singing bowls, gong, chimes and other percussion. This class is adaptive and inclusive - Sarah offers MANY options for new and seasoned yoga practitioners. We have blankets, mats, blocks and bolsters in the studio space, but feel free to bring your own for added comfort!

Sarah is a member of Yoga Alliance and is also a certified trauma-informed SHE RECOVERS Yoga Teacher.
