Ketamine is a synthetic pharmaceutical medicine classified as a dissociative anesthetic. It has been used safely in medical settings for decades and is included on the World Health Organization’s List of Essential Medicines. Developed by Calvin Stevens in 1962 and approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in 1970, ketamine is widely used in hospitals because of its rapid onset, strong safety profile and relatively short duration of action.
In recent years, clinicians have increasingly used ketamine at low, non-anesthetic doses as an off-label treatment for conditions such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder and substance use disorder. In a therapeutic setting, ketamine can create a window of openness that allows people to access new perspectives, soften entrenched patterns and explore their inner world with curiosity and compassion.
This is the aspect of ketamine-assisted therapy that most inspires our work. When paired with careful preparation, skilled facilitation and thoughtful integration, the medicine can support a process of deep listening to the body and psyche — helping people reconnect with their innate capacity for healing.

What to Expect In Group Ketamine Sessions:
2 Initial Consults
6 Medicine Circles
3 Integration Calls
1 Followup Consult
Each gathering is intentionally designed to support both your individual healing process and the power of collective transformation. We will begin by arriving together, settling into the space, and gently connecting as a group. You will be guided in clarifying your intention for the ceremony and resourcing your nervous system before the medicine begins.
When it is time for the ketamine ceremony, the space will open into quiet presence. You will be supported by gentle music, sound healing, and compassionate facilitation. While we are together in community, this portion of the experience is deeply personal — each participant is invited to move inward and engage their own process, with attentive support available as needed.
Following the medicine journey, we will transition slowly back with time for journaling and reflection. We will then gather for optional community sharing and mirroring, allowing integration to begin through being witnessed in a grounded and supportive way. After the formal close, you are welcome to enjoy nourishing food, spend time on the land, and continue integrating at your own pace.
Our intention is for you to feel deeply held, supported, and nourished throughout this experience.
Human beings have worked with psychedelic and plant medicines for thousands of years as catalysts for insight, connection and transformation. Many of our ancestors participated in traditions where these medicines supported personal growth and communal well-being. The land where this work takes place, once stewarded by the Odawa people, likely held similar relationships with plant medicines as part of their cultural and healing practices.
Our intention in offering this work is to bridge the wisdom of ancient healing traditions with modern clinical care. Through this six-session journey — which includes preparation, medicine sessions and integration — participants are supported every step of the way in exploring their inner landscape and moving toward greater wholeness.
A guided six-session journey designed to help you soften old patterns, access deeper insight and reconnect with your innate capacity for healing.
