I am passionate about making these ceremonies available for you because of what they have done for me. Consistently engaging in ceremony has been the most profound work when I was experiencing so much pain and stuckness on my own path. None of the tools that had worked before were effective anymore. I had gone as far as I could go in the personal development/therapy realm, but learning to engage a non-ordinary state set me free. Only when I started to FEEL MY FREEDOM did I start to see how constricted I had been. One by one the chains and ropes that were keeping me small and distorting my vision started to unwind. New ways of designing my life started to reveal themselves.
I uncovered the path back to me.
Retreat Options
Morning Medicine Circles
Morning Medicine Circles begin at 9:00am and conclude at 2:00pm
Join us for a gentle and supportive microdosing morning of connection and presence with the medicines of the earth. We have found microdosing to be such a helpful tool for integration and a gentle way of working with the medicine — one that opens space for clarity, creativity, and connection. We’ll begin in community, grounding into the rhythms of the natural world and opening a ceremonial container that honors both the inner and outer landscapes.
Throughout the morning, you are free to move between the indoor ceremony space and solitary contemplation — following what your body and spirit most need. Live music will accompany the ceremony space, offering a sonic landscape to deepen your inward journey. You may also explore quiet spaces on the land for prayer, movement, labyrinth, writing, or simple stillness.
This gathering is designed as a safe and nourishing container to be with the medicine in an integrated, accessible way. Together, we’ll honor the land, the body, and the wisdom that emerges when we slow down and gather in circle.
Morning Medicine Circle Details

8:45am – Arrival: Arrive and settle into your cozy contemplation space. Take time to ground, breathe, and attune to the rhythm of the land.
9:00am – Earth Connection & Opening Ceremony: Gather in community to open the space with grounding, breath, and attune to the rhythm of the land. Each month will include a short talk and meditation connecting to the medicines of the earth and setting our collective intentions.
9:30am – Sacred Practice & Contemplation: Participants are invited to microdose and engage in their own sacred practice. You may choose to:
Remain in the ceremonial space with live music and gentle support
Wander into solitude on the land for meditation, movement, a labyrinth walk, journaling, or quiet stillness
12:30pm – Closing Circle: Return to the ceremonial space for closing ritual, reflection, and gratitude.
1:00pm – Potluck, Music & Community Connection: Share food, music, and conversation. A time for integration and celebration of our shared experience.

We’ll close ceremony with a light communal potluck (we’ll provide salad greens, and invite you to bring a favorite topping to contribute to our shared salad bar).
Sacred Ceremony Weekend Retreats
Women’s Retreat: September 11 - 13, 2026
Weekend Retreats begin at 10:00am on Friday and conclude at 4:00pm on Sunday.
These integrative retreats will weave together nature based contemplative processes, sacred medicine, and integration practices over the course of three days.
Research has shown that integration before and after sacred medicine ceremonies significantly impacts the effectiveness and potency of these ceremonies. Integration processes take a fairly non-linear experience, connect dots, and weave together the messages that you are here to receive.
We will be working with a variety of integrative tools including a medicine wheel, labyrinth, art therapy, medicine/nature walks, hot tub/sauna + river, sound therapy and song & dance. These processes will help reveal the healing journey you are on, as well as the broader journey of your life.
You will be held and nurtured during this retreat on 20+ acres of land near Sparta, MI. The connection to Pacha Mama, with a river running through, will be some of your best medicine. Sleeping accommodations, linens, meals and cleaning are all provided.
3-Day Retreat Details

Friday
10am: Check-in and sink-in
11am - 3pm: Opening circle, lunch, guided processes for deepening intentions
4pm: Sacred Ceremony, followed by snacks & snuggles
Saturday
9am - 3pm: Guided integration practices, silent retreating, art journaling, etc.
4pm: Integrative Ceremony, followed by singing circle
Sunday
9am - 4pm: Guided integration practices and group processing

Cost: $300 deposit + $750 cash (deposit is non-refundable. Please bring $750 cash to the event)

Leah has traveled around the world gathering methodologies ranging from psychology, spirituality, somatic, trauma therapy, shamanic traditions and working with non-ordinary states. With an intuitive ability to reunite individuals to their truest potential, she is a champion for those longing to operate from their inner authority so they can move towards a life of more purpose, freedom, and alignment.

For over twenty years, Erinn has been walking alongside people, calling forth their light and inherent worth. In her own seasons of darkness, nature has been her healer - revealing sacred truths and the depths of who she is. She is a teacher and a mentor, has a masters in theology and training in somatic therapy, labyrinth facilitation and rites of passage fasts. But above all, is a guide who seeks to bring light wherever she goes.

is a Greek-American Singer/Songwriter born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. She is trained as a Jazz and R&B artist. Matia left behind her life of music in the contemporary scene and went on a spiritual pilgrimage that led her to discover devotional music, sacred healing songs, mantras and chants becoming a powerful song carrier & medicine singer.
In 2016, she became lead female vocalist of The Hanuman Project. They traveled around the world for several years leading devotional retreats and offering powerful Kirtan experiences. Matia put a hold on touring to focus on her solo career and spiritual studies.
In 2020, she released her first single, ‘Cura Corazon’ with music producer Mose which became a popular hit in the ecstatic dance scene. She has since been recognized as an independent artist.
Her offerings include a wide variety of styles such as call & response singing, dharma-talks, jazz, r&b and spoken word. She has performed with artists such as Shimshai, Equanimous, Kailash Kokopelli, and more.

There are some contraindications to this type of work. Some pharmaceutical medications are contraindicated as well as people with a history of psychosis, mental breaks, seizures, untreated high blood pressure or high risk of heart attacks. CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will be refunded with a $50 processing fee if you notify us in writing prior to 14 days before the event. Within 14 days of the event, refunds will not be given due to health reasons, weather or winter road conditions. Please plan accordingly.
