A women’s membership for sacred daily practice, embodied integration and reclaiming what systems, trauma, and conditioning asked you to forget.

This is a space for women walking the deep path—through trauma therapy, plant medicine, ancestral work, and nervous system healing.

Whether you are emerging from a ceremony, navigating therapy breakthroughs, or simply devoted to living from a place of truth and wholeness—this membership offers the structure, support, and sacred rhythm to help you integrate what you’re uncovering.

A sacred companion for the path of deconstruction, reclamation, and embodied integration.

For those who feel called to deepen their healing journey in an ongoing, supportive space, we are creating a monthly membership for women, those who identify as women, and anyone who resonates with women’s circles.

This is not just another program.
It is a living practice—a place of belonging, a home for those seeking continuous nourishment on the healing path.

🌿 Daily somatic practices to cultivate regulation, integration, and embodied wisdom
📖 Exclusive teachings & guided explorations on trauma healing, embodiment, and earth-based traditions
🔻 Monthly live community calls for reflection, connection, and shared growth
🌱 Seasonal in-person gatherings (for local members) to honor the rhythms of the Earth

While I’ll be your primary guide, this space will be enriched by guest teachers, ritualists, and wisdom-keepers offering diverse lineages and embodied ways of knowing.

The membership is not yet open, but the waitlist is now live for those who feel the call to be part of this unfolding.

  • *Space is limited. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible, as there is often a waitlist. Cancellations will be refunded with a $50 processing fee, if you notify us in writing prior to 14 days before the event. Within 14 days of the event, refunds will not be given due to health reasons, weather, or winter road conditions, unless your space is able to be filled (minus $50 processing fee). Please plan accordingly.

  • Pregnancy, severe asthma, severe heart disease, unmedicated high blood pressure, mental illness, epilepsy and/or history of seizures, acute physical injuries, severe or unregulated diabetes
