This summer, we’re opening a weekly space to practice together.
Join us Tuesday mornings for a live, online Kundalini Yoga class. Each session offers a steady place to return to your breath, your body, and your energy in a way that supports your real, everyday life.
Classes are spacious and varied, exploring themes like breath, energy, nervous system support, strength, and release. This is a practice that meets you where you are, whether you’re new to Kundalini Yoga or already experienced.

Register through the Somatic Wisdom Institute (you’ll complete a waiver and share your email)
Receive a short confirmation email each week with details for the upcoming class
Join live from wherever you are
These classes are drop-in friendly, but please give yourself a little extra time before your first class to complete the required waiver.
